Response to owner: In the owners response it makes it appear it is possible that it could be a plumbing issue. It was confirmed by a plumber that there were no plumbing issues. So the roof was the cause of the leak. EDIT: They contacted me after seeing my review and have repaired the water spot on my ceiling. They also had my roof inspected again to ensure no further defects of new roof. Poor communication and my roof was leaking a couple weeks after the replacement. They did come back and look at roof leak, but they left without talking to me. I have not been able to get a response about getting my ceiling fixed where there is now water damage. I also have yet to receive the paper work about my warranty.

Expert Moisture Control in Somerset, KY
Moisture control is the foundation of effective mold removal in Somerset, KY. When moisture goes unchecked inside a home, mold follows. Kentucky's humid summers and wet seasonal weather create conditions where attics, crawl spaces, and wall cavities stay damp long enough for mold to take hold. At Thoroughbred Roofing LLC, we start with a visual inspection and take moisture, temperature, and humidity readings to locate the source. We then contain the affected area to stop spores from spreading to clean spaces. Contaminated materials are removed and disposed of properly. Surfaces are cleaned and treated. Finally, we repair drywall, flooring, ceilings, and other structures damaged by the moisture event. Somerset homes with poor attic ventilation are especially prone to trapped heat and moisture that feeds mold growth over time. Addressing the moisture pathway, not just the visible mold, is what keeps the problem from coming back. Call Thoroughbred Roofing LLC to schedule your moisture and mold inspection in Somerset.
