Response to owner: In the owners response it makes it appear it is possible that it could be a plumbing issue. It was confirmed by a plumber that there were no plumbing issues. So the roof was the cause of the leak. EDIT: They contacted me after seeing my review and have repaired the water spot on my ceiling. They also had my roof inspected again to ensure no further defects of new roof. Poor communication and my roof was leaking a couple weeks after the replacement. They did come back and look at roof leak, but they left without talking to me. I have not been able to get a response about getting my ceiling fixed where there is now water damage. I also have yet to receive the paper work about my warranty.

Expert Site Preparation in Somerset, KY
Site preparation is the first real step in any construction project in Somerset. Before framing, pouring, or building can start, the land itself has to be ready. At Thoroughbred Roofing, our site preparation work covers land clearing, grading, soil stabilization, excavation, and drainage planning. We remove trees, stumps, rocks, and debris. Then we grade and compact the soil so it can carry the weight of your structure without shifting or settling. Somerset properties can sit on varied terrain with clay-heavy soils that hold water after heavy rain. That makes proper grading and drainage planning especially important here. Water that pools near a foundation causes long-term damage. We shape the land so runoff moves away from your build area. Whether you are starting a new home, an addition, or a commercial structure, we assess the site first and work to a clear scope. Call Thoroughbred Roofing to schedule your Somerset site evaluation today.
